10/21/2008 - New Cheminformatics Officer Joins DBM

John H. Streiff, Ph.D. joins the DBM team as Chief Cheminformatics Officer, effective October 1.  In this role, John serves as the company's specialist in pharmacology, molecular structure modeling, pharmacophore analysis, life science modeling, and bioinformatics. His previous experience includes research on molecular pharmacology of anestheic drugs at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Streiff's education includes a BS in Chemistry from the University of Northern Iowa and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Idaho.
